We provide Supported Living services to individuals supported providing 24/7 supports around the clock ensuring that all needs are met.
We provide Community-Based Day services that support individual’s engagement in community life promoting social interest and involvement based on their needs and preference.
Supported employment services that support individuals, seek employment, and work in competitive integrated settings and engage in community life that are not of retirement age, based on each person's needs and preferences.
TRANSPORTATION
Non-emergency transport to individuals supported to and from approved activities specified in the Individualized Support Plan.
IN-HOME DAY
In Home Day Services are to meet specialized needs related to behavioral challenge, medical concerns/necessity, or other exceptional circumstances.
PERSONAL ASSISTANCE
Personal Assistance services allow individuals to live in their own home / with family and select designated times of the day when supports are needed.
